JavaTwist: A Night Before Christmas
’Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that JavaTwist soon would be there.
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of CranberryBrew danced in their heads.
And Mama with her LemonBrew, I with my Lime,
Sipped JavaTwist flavors, the perfect unwind.
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my chair to see what was the matter.
Away to the window, I flew like a flash,
Spilling a drop of my Chocolate Lemon stash.
The moon on the snow gave a festive glow,
Revealing a sleigh and reindeer in tow.
With a jolly old driver, lively and swift,
I knew in a moment it must be Saint Twist.
“Now Lemon! Now Lime! Now Apple and Brew!
On Chocolate! On Cranberry! Zero Sugar too!”
To the top of the porch, to the top of the wall,
He dashed with a crate full of Java for all.
And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The popping of bottles, the fizz of the proof.
As I drew in my hand and was turning around,
Down the chimney Saint Twist came with a bound.
He spoke not a word but went straight to his task,
Filling the stockings with bottles that basked
In flavors so bold, so fruity, so sweet,
A JavaTwist treat that no one could beat.
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight,
“Happy sipping to all, and to all a good night!”I
