HAL Bio Harvey Loomstein, Ph.D. is an Entrepreneur and Business Consultant. He has over 30 years of Clinical Practice and 40 years of business experience. He has had clinics in Texas, California, and Florida, employing as many as 21 people. He pioneered treatments, in the 1980s for chronic pain, head injuries, and neurotoxic exposures using magnetics and electricity. His academic training includes a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and a Post-Doctoral Master’s Degree in Biomechanical Trauma. He has taught on all levels of education from College to Post Graduate. He has taught internationally in Mexico at the Medical School in Guadalajara Mexico. Among Dr. Loomstein’s experiences is 15 years as a Medical/Legal Consultant. He has testified in cases involving injuries to the brain and body. He has appeared as an expert witness in TX, FL, CA, GA, MS, LA, MO, NY, MI, and IL.
