About the Photographer – Stephanie Findley My love for photography began when I was just a little girl. Around the age of seven, I would watch in awe as my mother captured the world through the lens of her 35mm Minolta. She had what felt like a dozen lenses, filters, and gadgets that fascinated me. I remember thinking, “I want to do that. I want to create something meaningful—something lasting.” Her photos carried warmth, emotion, and a kind of magic that stayed with me. That early inspiration sparked a lifelong passion to capture beauty, love, and the unforgettable moments that define our lives. My love for photography carried over as I became a mother, I have 5 amazing children who were eager models over the years allowing me to capture precious memories and fine tune my skills. Family is everything, hold gratitude in your heart and never take it for granted. Over the years, that spark evolved into a calling. About fifteen years ago, with the encouragement of my late husband—who gifted me what he fondly called my first “big girl camera”—I began to pursue photography more seriously. When he asked me what kind of photography I wanted to do, my answer was simple: “All of it.” I didn’t want to be boxed in. I wanted to explore, learn, and create without limits. That drive led me to apprentice under seasoned professionals, take countless hours of coursework, and immerse myself in every opportunity to grow. The journey hasn’t been without challenges. There were mistakes, lessons, and moments of self-doubt—but with each one came growth. Photography has not only taught me about light, composition, and storytelling—it’s taught me about resilience, love, and honoring the people who believe in us. My husband was my biggest supporter—always encouraging me to rise, to create, and to believe in myself. Tragically, he passed away on December 28, 2018. One of the last promises I made to him was to get my business license and turn this passion into something real. I’m proud to say I’ve kept that promise. And I continue to build on it every day. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredibly talented artists, photographers, and industry leaders. My work has been published in Hollywood Weekly alongside the wonderful actress and producer Trish Cook, and featured by California State Parks in Ocotillo Wells. I’ve captured red carpets, fashion runways during LA Fashion Week for ArtHeart, The Bureau, and several other shows for Designers: Will Franco, Kiki Wang, Kenneth Barlis, Tommy Lee and Adolfo Sanchez the Annual IMATS Convention, The Satellite Awards, and more. From concerts to magazine editorial publications, on-set photography to special events each project fuels my fire and reminds me of why I started this journey in the first place. With my recent introduction with Eric Zuley and the EZ Way Family 2025 is already shaping up to be an exciting chapter, and I’m incredibly grateful to be here—still learning, still evolving, and still honoring the memory of those who believed in me most. To my late husband, my family, friends, mentors, and everyone who continues to support my work—thank you. Your love has carried me farther than you’ll ever know. Find your passion, hold it close, and don’t be afraid to chase it with everything you’ve got. We’re only here for a short while make it a meaningful journey.
